Instructions: Your teacher will let you know when to elaborate and hand in the following task. It will be part of your WHO WE ARE Unit of Inquiry SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER evaluation.


Activity:
YOU WILL TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT YOUR OWN EATING HABITS. YOU WILL LEARN ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF GOOD NUTRITION. KEEP A JOURNAL FOR A WEEK OF YOUR MEALS; IDENTIFY TO WHICH FOOD GROUPS THE FOOD YOU EAT IS FROM. USE “MY PLATE” TO HELP YOU ORGANIZE EACH FOOD IN ITS CORRECT GROUP.  MAKE A CONCLUSION OF YOUR ANALYSIS

Grading:
Individual work, 20% written expression (conclusion) 30% unit of inquiry

Requirements:

Be organized and record what you eat.
Your conclusion analysis should be written in computer.
Make sure you include why or why not each meal you had is good. Tell if there is something you can change or should change and why. 
Make sure it includes proper headings.
